Jo Ganter

Jo Ganter specialized in printmaking when she was a student at Edinburgh College of Art (1983-1989), and she has remained committed to etching every since. Her recent etchings have varied dramatically in size from small and intimate to large and public.

Jo’s work has been exhibited widely, not only in galleries and institutions in Scotland, but in London, Europe and the USA. She has won a number of awards and her work is in public collections in Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Antwerp, Kasterlee (Belgium), New York and Portland, Oregon. Jo is an Associate of the Royal Scottish Academy and Vice President of The Society of Scottish Artists.
